Open MRI
The Best Open MRI Experience in the Area:
Sometimes, having an MRI can be difficult for
patients who are in pain or are anxious about their medical
condition. Traditional scans can be long, difficult procedures
that cause feelings of anxiety, discomfort and claustrophobia.
Our
Open MRI features a large opening so that you never feel “closed
in”, as you would be in other MRI machines.
Magnetic
Resonance Angiography (MRA)
is a type of MRI that provides a picture of blood vessels. With
MRA, both the blood flow and condition of the vessels can be
seen.
Spiral
CT or CAT Scan
(Computed Axial Tomography) is used to diagnose
a wide variety of medical conditions. The scanner takes a circular
X-ray and combined with computer technology produces detailed
cross sections of internal organs. Sometimes an oral and/or
injected substance is used to enhance the contrast of the image.
General
Radiography
uses X-rays to look deep inside the body and accurately assess
any conditions that may require further attention, or confirm
your good health. With your safety the utmost concern, we use
only the latest film-screen combinations to optimize image quality,
while minimizing radiation exposure. For most routine exams,
same-day appointments are available.
Ultrasound
is a safe, painless and fast way to examine internal organs
where high frequency sound waves are passed through the body
and reflected back. It is used to examine soft tissues such
as blood vessels, the
pancreas, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, reproductive organs,
heart and blood flow.
